PLOT:
The story starts off with Nobita and Suneo listening to Gian's new concert proposal. When Gian asked for their opinions, Suneo praised Gian with his fluttery tongue and enthusiastically replied that he was really looking forward to it. Nobita, on the other hand, said his own true thoughts out loud, which was that he did not want Gian to have a concert. Gian then beats Nobita up.
Suneo then brings Nobita to his home, to show him the skills of his fluttery tongue. For that day's exam, both boys had scored terribly bad for their exams. But Suneo said that he wasn't scared of being scolded. When Suneo reached home, his mom shouted at him. Suneo started using his silver tongue and said things like, "Mom is pretty. If she is angry, she will get wrinkles. I do not want that to happen, as I want mom to be pretty forever. I will work hard from now on!" After hearing this, Suneo's mom was so touched that she stopped scolding him.
Nobita tried to do the same thing to his mother, but he muddled up his words and ended up offending his mother, Tamako. Nobita then begged Doraemon for a gadget that can help him to sweet talk to others. Therefore, Doraemon gave him the "Mincing Robot" gadget. If you put that robot on your shoulder, it will open and close your mouth and let you be able to sprout beautiful words from your mouth, that will flatter others.
Nobita put the robot on his shoulder and went about with his day. Just then, Tamako asked him to pick up the weeds in their garden. The robot began to work its magic, and made Nobita say things like," I really want to pick the weed. I heard that touching the weed causes the tips of your finger to be smooth. Also, the action of bending your back would make you healthier. I really want to go pick the weeds!" After Tamako heard this, she went to pick up the weeds herself.
Chuckling in delight, Nobita then exploited the robot and asked for things like more pocket money.

Nobita continued going around town, flattering his teacher, Sensei, and Gian. His flattery words even made Gian cancel his singing concert.
Excited, Nobita used the "Anywhere Door" to go to Shizuka to tell her that Gian's concert is cancelled (as she was absent earlier due to her own matters). When Nobita went into the Anywhere Door, as usual, Shizuka was still bathing in the bathtub. Shizuka screamed at Nobita with frustration to get out, while hiding in the bathtub (do note that she is fully naked while bathing). However, the Mincing Robot started to work on its own. It begun to open Nobita's mouth.
With the control of the robot, Nobita tried to placate Shizuka that it was okay to be naked, with the robot's motive to lure Shizuka out of the bathtub. He gave the story of Adam and Eve as his reasoning. He said that if Adam and Eve had listened to God, then everyone would be naked anyways. At this point, Shizuka was starting to get intrigued by his words. She folded her arms on the rim of the bathtub, expressing her interest. She then questioned if being naked is correct, to which Nobita happily replied with a "Yes!". Nobita also said that being nude is a form of art, and that the naked body itself is the form of eternal art. Shizuka started to get lured by Nobita's words She rose up midway from the bathtub, exposing the upper half of her body. Again, she asked if it was alright to be naked and if being naked is a good thing. The robot pushed its limits and said "Yes!'.
After hearing this, Shizuka fully came out of the bathtub, with water still streaming down the sides of her body. She asked Nobita to play with her and then went out of the anywhere door, and into the Empty Lot. Nobita started to know that things were going wrong, and screamed at Shizuka to stop. But the robot took control of Nobita's mouth, and made Nobita say, "It's alright to walk naked out on the streets!". Therefore, Shizuka merrily skipped around the empty lot. Doraemon tried to stop her. Nobita then shove the robot off his shoulders, making Shizuka awaken up from the flattery magic. She shrieked and ran back into the bathroom through the Anywhere Door, leaving a trail of hot steam in her wake.
Everyone else affected by the robot's magic also awakened. The story ends off with Nobita hiding from others as they tried to find him, presumably for a scolding, which he obviously deserves.
