The Moonbeam Torchlight or Moonbeam Torch is a gadget that resembles a flashlight. It transforms any person exposed to its light into a wolf. It was originally designed for children to play as werewolves.
Function
The Moonbeam Torchlight transforms the person exposed to its light into a form of wolf. But technically, they became a slightly anthropomorphic wolf. In the manga, Nobita was transformed into a Japanese Wolf, which had already extinct in the present.
In Doraemon: Nobita's New Great Adventure into the Underworld – The Seven Magic Users, it was also used against demons. Doraemon and Nobita later used it on themselves to temporarily negate their petrified states.
