By taking a snapshot of an entity and clothing it needs to wear, the camera is granted to make both fit each other by changing the sizes of one.
While usually used to adjust the size of clothing, it can also work the other way around and affect the other target instead. Entities affected by this may also come with shrunken accessories.
However, its negative effects can be simply neutralized with other tools that amplify/shrink their targets.
