Psy Controller or Robot Controlling Device is a gadget of Doraemon from the Franchise.
Shape and Form[]
The gadget is pretty small. It wouldn't even cover Nobita's entire palm. It has 2 'heads' and a small electronical bridge between 2 heads.One head has 2 opposite red triangles and a big trapezoid shape. The other head has few stripes.
This gadget is more likely a chip, judging from how it looks and works.
How It Works?[]
The gadget (apparently) used by just holding the chip in the hand, and it will use the user's brain pulses to control a robot.
Usage[]
The Movie Doraemon: Nobita and the New Steel Troops ~Winged Angels~[]
From the Movie, The gadget took into effect soon as Nobita held the chip in his hand. When he scratches his head, the robot movement was affected by Nobita's action. Shizuka also used the gadget to perform a ballerina dance on the robot.
