Shun Oguri (remake movie)
— Saber to Nobita after the former was defeated.

Before the movie was started, Saber is chasing down Kuntakku, and Kuntakku was pushed down into a flowing river during the fight. Later in the movie, Saber heard that Kuntakku has come back into the kingdom and he search for him.
Later, he confronted Nobita inside the Bauwanko statue's entrance. At first, Saber has the advantage as Nobita's Denkomaru was runs out of battery. He almost manage to kill Nobita but missed as the Bauwanko statue's heart has been started up and the ground of the entrance is shaking. This allows Nobita to defeat Saber by hitting him on the top of the head.
Before he faints and fell onto the ground, he praise Nobita for defeating him.
- Saber's name might be based on Sabre.
- This is the second voice role for Shun Oguri in the Doraemon franchise, the first being Shun Amaguri in the 2005 TV anime.
- Saber's redesign is ironically skinny despite being a bulldog.
