Although he techinically doesn't have form, he has two appearances seen in the movie as a giant golden statue and a young boy in greecean attire, the latter only seen by Nobita.
Nobita launches the sattellite to explore the planet. When he and his friends are looking at the photos. One of the photos shows the golden lake, so they have a plan to develop the way to the lake. When one of the Onigoro Kumatora copies has found the dropped map so they are preparing for travelling to the lake. After reaching the lake the gold under the lake is transforming to the giant golden statute and chase everyone to near the clockwork city. Onigoro Kumatora and his copies seize Suneo's rocket, so Doraemon and friends are escaping. Nobita falls into the land crack and loses his consciousness. At Doraemon side they are chased by the golden fluid. Suneo uses his toy tanks to defeat it, but failed. The gold fluid transforms to the hand and send the rocket to the space. Then the fluid goes down to the crack. At Nobita he has a strange dream before the sower appears. He describes about his job that is to generate organisms on Earth and Mars, but failed on Mars.
